Howdy folks...

We are Grassy Mountain.

We play weddings and parties in the Jackson / Victor and Bozeman / Big Sky areas .

The band plays a fun variety of folk, Americana, bluegrass, and country including acoustic covers of some pop songs.

Grassy Mountain performs as a duo, trio or quartet. Guitar and mandolin are the core and other players (bass, banjo, fiddle) can be added for the full band sound.

Grassy Mountain was the hit of the rehearsal dinner. The bride and groom
said that they really set the mood for the weekend of festivities. They were very professional, showed up well in advance to set up, and played until we started moving tables out of the venue. Fantastic sound, just what we were expecting, they played bluegrass and some

great innovative covers of contemporary songs.

They interacted well with the guests and were even flexible in allowing a guest to

sit-in with them. We highly recommend Grassy Mountain. You won't be disappointed.

Tom & Molly and the Grassy Mountain Band did an exceptional job playing during our wedding ceremony. We wanted traditional folk and bluegrass music and they delivered. In my opinion, having great music at a wedding is crucial. It’s a big decision to make sure your guests keep a little rhythm during the celebration. The Grassy Mountain Band more then delivered on this. Their music was the perfect touch for our outdoor wedding surrounded by the mountains of the Big Sky area. They played before, during, and after the ceremony. It was perfect! One of the most memorable moments is when we captured a photo with the band during the post ceremony celebration. Thanks again Tom, Molly and the Grassy Mountain Band, your band is awesome!

I could never sing enough praise to Tom, Molly and their crew.

They played our ceremony and cocktail hour for our destination wedding and did the most beautiful job! Molly was a joy to work with and was so kind and helpful during the planning process. She responded to emails quickly and went above and beyond to accommodate requests and even learned a special song for our ceremony-- it was awesome!! We had several guests give compliments on the music and many said it couldn't have fit our ceremony any better. Thank you Molly and Tom for being such a beautiful addition to our day! I would recommend them 100 times over. My only regret is that I didn't have more time to just stop and listen to their music :)
